Trenzado Top
Trenzado Top
Inspired by the hairstyles of women of Huaraz: the way they braid their hair on their daily routine, a ritual as old as the Andes themselves.
We wanted to carry that visual onto the body. The hand-braided straps fall down your back, blending with your own hair, dissolving the line between craft and self as one.
From the front, clean and effortless. A soft scoop neckline, barely there. From the back intentional, alive. Adjustable braided straps, so the piece moves and fits with you. A top that only fully reveals itself when you turn around.
From 100% Tanguis Cotton, one of Peru's finest native cottons.
Part of our signature pieces of this capsule - limited edition, made in Peru alongside the hands that made it possible: Eunice,Yessica and Mary.

"Heritage is a strength you can carry and share…”
No matter where you are in the world, where you come from is a strength. It shapes the way you see, the way you create, the way you carry yourself. For us, Peru is that place, the source of everything we make. We know that feeling is universal. Whether your roots are in Peru or another country, in Huaraz or Hamburg, heritage is not something to leave behind. It is something to wear with pride.
We believe it is possible to keep creating with culture, with meaning, without leaving traditional craft & your roots behind. That innovation and heritage are not opposites. That is what fabsstudios is built on. And that is what this Huaraz Capsule is for.
Limited Pieces per Design
Only 3-5 pieces per design. Each piece from the Huaraz Capsule is made to order, crafted with intention, never mass produced. Once it's gone, it will never return. Own something that truly cannot be replaced.
Made across Peru: Lima, Cieneguilla & Ayacucho
Our workshops are rooted across Peru: in Lima, Cieneguilla, and Ayacucho: where our teams together bring every unique piece to life. The inspiration came from the mountain textures, the daily life and hairstyles of Huaraz, the print of a market bag. Every single detail reflects how we fuse heritage into something visually new.
Crafted by Peruvians
The Huaraz Capsule was brought to life by Lida, Stela, Alfonso, Sandrita, Julia & Yessica, artisans who carry decades of traditional craft in their hands. Every stitch, every weave, every detail is theirs. This is their work, and we are proud to share it with the world.
Fusion with Heritage
We design from scratch, and that's where you can see the difference. By fusing traditional Peruvian craft with contemporary silhouettes, we create pieces that feel both rooted and entirely new. This is what we believe fashion can be: meaningful, traceable, and made with pride.
