Yaku means water in Quechua. A unique blouse that moves like it.
Deep navy, see-through, light from shoulder to hem. From the front, a clean V-neckline with soft pleats that shape the shoulders: simple, intentional, elegant. From the back, a round collar that opens into an asymmetric hem, inspired by the landscape levels of Huaraz: its lagoons, its landscapes, the gentle rise and fall between small towns and open sky. That same asymmetry that, in Huaraz, always finds its balance.
On the back the right side is intentionally shorter than the left, that perfect asymmetry that invites you to play with how you wear and layer it.
The detailed border at the back is the work of our artisan Sandrita, each stitch placed by hand, finishing a piece that carries the harmony this place gave us.
Made in Peru. Available from Germany.

Founder styling tips
Pure elegance. Wear it over a bralette, a body, or your favorite top: you are free to create whatever you want. The side cut allows you to tuck it in, letting the longer back panel flow and play freely. I love this blouse because it allows you to keep creating without limits. Perfect with white trousers, tone on tone in all blue, or paired with tailored pants. An invitation to play with the art of styling.

"Heritage is a strength you can carry and share…”
No matter where you are in the world, where you come from is a strength. It shapes the way you see, the way you create, the way you carry yourself. For us, Peru is that place, the source of everything we make. We know that feeling is universal. Whether your roots are in Peru or another country, in Huaraz or Hamburg, heritage is not something to leave behind. It is something to wear with pride.
We believe it is possible to keep creating with culture, with meaning, without leaving traditional craft & your roots behind. That innovation and heritage are not opposites. That is what fabsstudios is built on. And that is what this Huaraz Capsule is for.
Made across Peru: Lima, Cieneguilla & Ayacucho
Our workshops are rooted across Peru: in Lima, Cieneguilla, and Ayacucho: where our teams together bring every unique piece to life.
The inspiration came from the mountain textures, the daily life and hairstyles of Huaraz, the print of a market bag. Every single detail reflects how we fuse heritage into something visually new.
Crafted by Peruvians
The Huaraz Capsule was brought to life by Lida, Stela, Alfonso, Sandrita, Julia & Yessica, artisans who carry decades of traditional craft in their hands. Every stitch, every weave, every detail is theirs. This is their work, and we are proud to share it with the world.
Fusion with Heritage
We design from scratch, and that's where you can see the difference. By fusing traditional Peruvian craft with contemporary silhouettes, we create pieces that feel both rooted and entirely new. This is what we believe fashion can be: meaningful, traceable, and made with pride.
Limited Pieces per Design
Only 3-5 pieces per design. Each piece from the Huaraz Capsule is crafted with intention, never mass produced. Once it's gone, it will never return. Own something that truly cannot be replaced.
